Shipping
We are currently only accepting orders shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the U.S.
Due to the small batch, hand-crafted origin of our product, please allow up to 2 business days for product and package preparation before shipping.
Avita™ Refund & Exchange Policy
At Avita, we take great pride in the quality of our gourmet sipping chocolate. Every pouch is crafted with care, using pure ingredients and no preservatives. We want every experience to be exceptional.
If your order doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, or if you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Eligibility Window
Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from your purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Unopened Products
We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@avitachocolate.com and include your order number.
Refunds and exchanges apply only to purchases made through our online store. If you purchased Avita from a retail location, please refer to that store’s return policy directly.
Damaged or Compromised Items
If your product arrives damaged, compromised, or otherwise not up to our quality standards, we’ll replace it promptly or issue a refund.
When contacting us, please include:
- Purchaser’s name
- Order number
- Shipping address
- Description of the issue
- Photos supporting your claim (e.g., damaged pouch, shipping box, or incorrect item)
We use this information to ensure quality control and to continually improve our packaging and shipping processes.
Event Purchases
Products purchased at expos, tastings, or other in-person events are considered final sale, unless the product is found to be faulty or damaged prior to receipt.
Gift Cards & Discounts
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Our Commitment
Your satisfaction means everything to us. Because Avita Gourmet Sipping Chocolate is a food product, we can only accept unopened items for return, but if there’s ever an issue with quality or condition, please reach out — we’ll make sure it’s resolved with care and fairness.
Reviews
All customers who place an order will be asked for consent to receive one invitation to review each order. This in no way obligates customers to leave a review.
